I have a question. I read a lot about sequential tail lights and was wondering what exactly is it people tell me I should put them in but I have never understood what they are.

Thanks

Sequential tail lights flash the three elements of the tail light toward the outside of the car.

For cars like the early classics, extra bulbs must be integrated to make this happen.

yea i might look into doing that conversion but i am not sure. seems kinda ricey though. extra lights for what reason? i have to see them on more cars i guess.

It's a completely hidden modification - the sequential LED panel fits inside the stock talilight bucket... MUCH brighter than the stock bulb. I've had mine for 6 months now. I'm using the Mustang Project ones... Nice product. :nice:

FYI, 67-68 Cougars had the sequential taillights as factory equipment.

yeah i have been planning on putting the sequential taillights on my car for awhile but just haven't really felt like paying $100+ for them... its a little much if you ask me! but i will probably do it anyways cause it another thing to catch the eye! and i have always commented on how cool it looks on the newer mustangs :hmm: never seen them on a classic!

As did 1963 Thunderbirds and 1968-1970 Shelby Mustangs.

I have a real problem with the connections on the reproduction tail light harness and the original housing. I can't seem to get them "adjusted" to keep them connecting good. Do these lights connect differently??? I know that you can get non-sequential, which is what I'd probably do, and that they are brighter. But will they connect differntly so I don't always have one that doesn't work?????
