I need to replace the water pump on my '66 A-code 289. Any recommendations? I don't want to buy a $30 remanufactured POS and have it start squealing within a few months. It's not a HiPo, so I have the cast iron pump.

Also, does anyone know where I can get the original FOMOCO pump rebuilt? I don't want to throw away an original piece! :nono:

Try National Parts Depot. They have four locations in the U.S. and can ship it the same day. California Mustangs is another. They should be in the web.
