1969 Mach 1 side window leaks in car wash

Hi! I'm new to this forum. My 1969 Mach 1 has had a complete nut and bolt rotisserie restoration by a reputable shop. The problem is on those limited occasions that I take it to the local automatic car wash is that water sprays into the car along the tops of the side windows. The car wash is one of those "touchless" unit that uses high pressure sprays alone - no mechanical agitation. During the restoration all the window components were refurbished/replaced and look to be operating properly. The weatherstripping and "cat wiskers" were replaced with quality components. The windows are of the later bolt in variety. I even took the car back to the builder and he adjusted the windows to meet the "dollar bill test" of window to weatherstripping tightness. It appears that when the high pressure spray hits the window horizontally the window is pushed in slightly causing a gap that lets water spray in (I get wet all the way from the passenger side!). If I press against the drivers window there appears to be little to no leakage. Any suggestions or is it just the "nature of the beast"? And before you berate me for using an automatic wash let me say I like its undercarriage spray plus I have back problems that limits my hand washing efforts.

nuketrainer, welcome to the forums. My thought is the pressure level of the wash just exceeds what the weatherstripping can handle. If you keep the thread going, post some pics. We would all love to see your ride. My first Mustang was a '69, although not like yours.
