Mustang Alley

Registration for Mustang Alley has recently opened up at:
http://www.mustangalley.net/

Mustang Alley is part of the Woodward Dream Cruise and should be on every car guy's bucket list. While all the details have not been announced yet, in the past the schedule looked like this: Thursday-Tour the Flatrock Mustang Factory, Friday-tour the Dearborn proving grounds, Saturday-Mustang Alley Car show.

You can do one day, or all three. Check it out.

Mustang Alley 2013

Registration is now open for the 2013 Mustang Alley. It takes place from Aug 15-17, during the week leading up to the Woodward Dream Cruise. For those of you who aren't familiar with it, the Alley is a section of 9 Mile Rd. in Ferndale that is shut down during the cruise for Mustangs only. All years are welcome. In addition, Ford also puts on a plant tour at FRAP (formerly AAI) in Flat Rock on Thursday, and a track event at Dearborn Development Center (DDC) on Friday. They also have a dinner Friday night to sit down with members of Team Mustang and talk.

This year TMS is trying to get a lot, so if you sign up, please put "The Mustang Source" in the club or comments field.

Below is the registration link:

http://www.mustangalley.net/Registra...rationNote.asp

Hope to see you there!

I got a reply back almost instantly. Maybe try again or email them and ask them.

Twin Turbo, I looked and did not see your name (Paul)/car on the registration list in the 2005 section.

Just tried again and I'm now registered, thank you!

First time, I put down a '13 v6, as that's what I'll be renting........but second time I put my '05 GT.......so that's what I'm registered with, for now at least.

If anyone has any problems registering let me know by pm'ing me here or use the "Contact Us" button on the site.

We had an issue when we first opened registration and some people got sent to the waiting list, everyone has been moved to the normal list but this may be why you didn't see your name on the list.

453 cars registered in a little over one week. Says the limit is 585 this year. Love the plant tour and the whole deal. Great event for Mustang owners.

Plus the Dream Cruise just seems to get bigger/better each year.

Look for the plant tour and track registration at the Mustang Alley page. They aren't open yet but the track registration fills up fast.

Roush Racing in Livonia, MRT in Plymouth and Classic Design Concepts in Troy usually all have open houses the week of the Dream Cruise.

The Mustang Club of Southeast Michigan (MOCSEM ) also has an excellent show called " Mustang Memories " at Ford World Headquarters on the Sunday preceeding the cruise.

We'll probably do a go kart night as well for TMS members. That was a lot of fun last year.
