Talking Without Further Ado

My 2011 MCA V6 has FINALLY arrived after 18 weeks of agony but all of my frustrations went away the first time I put my foot in it. Here are a few pics I snapped this afternoon. Sorry for the haze, it seems there's still some salt water residue on the camera lens.

Overall, I absolutely love this car (and the stares it gets). The harder you drive it the more it begs to be pushed and it sounds great. This is going to be a very trying break-in process for me.

That looks really tight with those colors. I think the best part is how the HIDs complement the rest of it so well. Bravo!

Very nice!

I didn't know those wheels came in gunmetal. I have them on my car but they are polished. If only they were wider so I could fit wider tires on them

The gunmetal is an exclusive part of the Mustang Club of America (MCA) edition/package for the V6.

Unfortunately not. I got a decent interest rate (3.79) through Fifth Third Bank but the dealer gave me $1,500 less for my trade than I should have got. Seems they weren't too sympathetic in the end after all and I could only get them to go up $500.

An upside however is that program number 11818 actually got me a $1000 rebate, not $500. The finance guy thought that it was a $500 bonus to the dealer that was being passed through to the customers.

They also sold me the Ford 6 year/100,000 mile warranty (the best level, blue I think) for around $1,200 and the wheel and tire warranty for around $250. These prices were considerably less than what I had seen on Ford's ESP website even though it is the same exact warranty. The finance guy thought that this was due to my Z plan pin but I think they just sell them cheap on brand new cars. That is a good price? Right?

All-in-all, I'm pretty happy but I will have some things to say by the time I get my survey fur sure.

Those wheels are also available seperately, listed in the accessory options on the B&P website now for premium cars.

As requested. Sorry they're not better. All I have is a HD HandyCam and it doesn't like the dark. I'll be able to get better ones tomorrow in the daylight.

I might not be able to take good pictures with it but I can take a mean exhaust clip. I know I shouldn't be pushing a new engine this hard it's the only time I've done it. Besides, it's for the good of TMS.

Do that for very long in a closed garage like that and you might die...

I was out there for all of about a minute and a half. Needed the door closed for effect and opened afterward.
