Thanks for the info Tom! I went to the Port Coquitlam Show & Shine a couple weeks ago and saw a lot of Mustangs in the "Mustang Corral" so I figured there must be a local forum/owners group out here.
I wasn't 100% sure if I wanted the Brembos, but after seeing so many reviews raving about them I had to do it (plus I thought it was worth it just for the wheel upgrade!)
I wish... I REALLY wanted a red interior but could only find it on a coupe, and I had my heart set on a convertible. If I did a factory order it wouldn't arrive till end of Oct and 'vert season would be over!
You are correct sir! It's the "GT Coupe/Convt Accessory Pkg 4" with the hood scoop and the pedestal spoiler. The other model I was looking at didn't have the Pkg, and even though the hood scoop isn't functional it really gives a certain look to the car I like

Couldn't agree with you more! Everything I read on the 2011 V6 and GT said something along the lines of "I want to bash this car for being a domestic/Ford/V8/live axle/etc but I can't." Every review. It got to the point where I was almost looking for a bad review just to find one 
I really think Ford has a winner here. Not just in the "value for the money" category. The fit & finish is (from my experience so far) fantastic. And when you read the comparisons to the Challenger and Camaro, it wasn't even close. 'Stang comes out ahead in almost every single category!

BC law he said, he CAN`T remove it. Only one or two Canadian provinces are not required the front license plate, one of them being Quebec ( lucky me). Not sure about the other one, if any.

Thanks! Dams Ford Lincoln in Surrey. Surprisingly not a lot of choices in the Vancouver lower mainland for instock GT convertibles. Essentially each dealer had ONE. This one had almost the exact car I wanted!
(At first I was torn between this one and a Red Candy Coated California Special automatic, but i went with Sterling Grey manual with Brembos instead... the hood scoop clinched the deal!)

And a buddy of mine did a "treatment" on one of them - he calls it Apocalypse-of-the-Stang.
