This car is being built for the NASA American Iron Extreme class. On this first pull it produced 653 whp at 8,400 RPM and they are expecting to get it up to 675 whp–which translates to roughly 840 hp at the crank. The engine is also set back a bit farther to improve front to rear weight bias. Looks and sounds like a mean contender! Video after the jump.
