Well, you don’t, if you’re smart. Unless you’re somebody the likes of Vaughn Gittin Jr., who is a lot more experienced in such scenarios. Make no mistake about it, trying to harness that kind of power is better left to the professionals, as highlighted in the video below featuring Gittin wheeling around in his 900-hp Mustang RTR.
The heavily modified S550 was actually created by the drifting champion, targeted at Mustang buyers looking to get a bit more unique performance out of the S550. The RTR is also offered in a more road-focused variant. But the car in the clip has been designed more specifically for the track, and is capable of handling the kind of extreme performance conditions Gittin is more accustomed to.
