The 2005 Mustang convertible will seat four, just as every Mustang convertible has. Production begins January 31, 2005.

As you can see in the top-down pics, the top will not fold like Mustang tops in the past. Instead of folding onto itself so the underside of the top shows when it's down, it folds like a 'Z' to give it a much cleaner look.
