Shelby GT350 aside, everyone knows the 5.0 V8 Mustang GT is the best Mustang — the one to have, right? Think again. The range of performance modifications for the EcoBoost-powered Ford Mustang is growing by the minute, and the newest one is from Borla.

It looks like Ford Performance has paid attention to the iconic words of the wise Jeremy Clarkson: “More poweeeerrrrrr!”

One of our favorite U.K.-based teams, CarThrottle, recently had a chance to give one of these new Mustangs a review, and the results are expectedly fun and hilarious.

It is such a strange sensation listening to these things as they go down the strip, as we’ve become accustomed to the V8 bellow that had previously been tied to only the fastest of Mustangs. Well, now the EcoBoost Mustang is putting down 10-second passes.

Now that the GT350 and GT350R have been released, speculation about the GT500 has started to percolate.
