Finding older Mustangs in great condition is becoming harder and harder with each passing year, and the ones that are in great shape are getting more and more expensive. If you’re looking to get into the Mustang collection, here’s a great car to get started with. Check out this 1968 Shelby GT500 convertible offered by RK Motors Charlotte.

This fully-restored Shelby has spent most of its life in a climate controlled garage, except for maybe 500 of the miles that are on the clock. The restoration was meticulous, and the car’s restore used all original parts.

As you’d except from a car that’s been in a garage, it’s meticulously clean. The green paint looks as it would if it just rolled off the assembly line (and reminds us, of course, of Steve McQueen’s Mustang green in Bullitt).

However, if you want this bad boy be prepared to shell out a shade over $200,000 for the privilege of owning this car. But really, can you put a price on a car this awesome?

What do you think? Let us know over in the forums!
