Shelby GT350 Pricing to Start at Just $47,870
Now that the pricing info has leaked for the 2016 Shelby GT350, I’m betting the waiting list for the car is going to really start stacking up.
I mean, what person who has been considering the car wouldn’t be jumping at the opportunity to buy one now, what with reports that the new Shelby will have a base price of $47,870?

Considering everything we’ve been hearing about how the new Shelby performs, that price seems like one hell of a deal, one that could have a payoff long down the road as a first-model year collectible.
That GT350R model, however, will add another $13,500 to the base price, pushing the cost of the more track-focused model to $61,370, which is ten grand less than Chevrolet Camaro Z28, as highlighted in a TechTimes report.
Options for the base Shelby GT350 include a $7,500 technology package and a $6,500 track package. The GT350R model is also available with a $3,000 electronics package that includes a dual-zone air conditioner, an 8-inch touchscreen panel, and a 7-speaker stereo system.
Both the GT350 and the GT350R offer the option of a painted black roof at $695, an over-the-top racing stripe at $475, and a triple yellow tri-coat exterior paint color for $495.
So, are you hopping on a waiting list or what?
