The new Mustang has moved beyond a simple muscle car to become a powerful and capable sports car. The mighty Coyote V8, modern suspension setup, and stiffer chassis team up to make a car that feels just as good on your local track as it does at your local drag strip. Of course if you want to get the most out of your machine at the track, a little bit of professional training can go a long way, which is why Ford started offering their Racing School programs.

To give you guys a good idea of just what kind of training you can expect at one of these one-day programs, the boys at Everyday Driver headed out for a full day of racing action complete with classwork, skid-car challenges, and actual track time. At 13-minutes, the video below is a little long, but this is one of the most in-depth looks at what kind of actual track and classroom training you will find in Ford’s program.

Press play, learn how great the school can be, and then head over to the Ford Performance website to schedule your class.
