Emergency Brake

OK, so being a husky guy...ahem...sometimes the emergency brake is kind of in my way the way it sits so far from the console. Anybody know if there's anyway to adjust it so it's closer to the console?

I'd say in inch or so. There seems to be a lot of room between where the handle sits to the console.

You may have to fab up a custom adapter. Lots of work, but possible

Ok thanks. Looks like staying on my low carb diet will be easier.

Just want to say you're not alone VidPro. The e-brake handle is constantly in contact with my leg when I drive.

I don't want to give away my weight, but I will say I have never been accused of hiding behind a telephone pole.

You know, I've been diabetic since I was 13, so low carb has always been important for me, but **** it's tough!

It is for sure. I'm Italian so bread is like oxygen to me. The truth is that low carbing makes me feel better though. Low carbing is the only diet I've ever had success with too. The problem is once you decide to take a break from it, at least for me, the floodgates open.

Anyway, I'll live withe e brake. It just seems too far out from where it looks like it belongs.
