No Clock

I have 2011 with Nav, I changed the car battery today and everything works fine except the clock. The clock controls are unresponsive and don't light up. I tried master restart and all that still nothing. Thanks

Did you try disconnecting battery, waiting 10 minutes and connect again?
Did you try putting the key in the on position, not starting car, for a couple of minutes to see if that works?
Good luck!

I disconnected the battery for about 2 hours. Reconnected it and still the same. Everything seems to be working except the clock. I can't imagine anything they could have done changing the battery to blow out the clock but leave everything else. I'll try leaving the switch on for a few minutes, it's worth a try. Thanks

Tried that, nothing. Maybe the Nav Unit, or portions of is finally bit the dust. The compass has been unreliable for some time. Didn't bother me much. This inop clock really get under my skin.

That's really strange that just the clock would not work.

I pulled the #14 fuse I believe it was, it still no help. I don't think it will do much good but I will check every fuse this weekend.

The local Ford dealer sucks. I need to make an appointment in Greece and have them take a peep at it, and order what ever they need to fix it. While I'm there I'll get the airbag on order as well to satisfy the recall.

Just as a last ditch effort we put the old battery back in, and a reset to see what would happen. No change.

That's too bad. Sounds like maybe something shorted when taking/putting the new battery in?
Good luck!
