Seat Belt Presenter Arm p/n

So I had to put something in the back seat of my car. I pushed the driver's side presenter arm down, heard a crack, and now it no longer stays up and creaks as I drive. Whatever keeps it all the way up has broken. I don't know if it's a tab on the arm or in the pillar itself that broke, but it is resting halfway down, at the lower detent now. I have to reach way back every time I get in the car. Quite annoyed. I understand I now have to replace the entire seat belt assembly just to fix whatever broke internally.

Is this the correct part number for whatever I need to fix this stupid thing?

Thanks.
