HELP!! Code and Limp home after clutch change!

I put a new clutch in the car with flywheel and alum driveshaft. Also the MMR cooling mod kit. Initial startup was fine. clutch worked good one trip around the block to test it and as I pulled into drive lights came on and it went into limp home mode.. I haven't pulled codes yet.. any ideas?

I wonder if something happened with the pulse ring during your installation. If the sensor moved?

Upon further research thru a friend at Ford.. the last step of the install according to the shop manual is to " connect the scan tool and perform the "misfire monitor neutral profile correction procedure" by following the on screen instructions".
I'm not entirely sure why or what could have been changed but it is clearly stated in the Ford Service manual that this step is required if the flywheel is changed.
