A few from my road trip. I think Mount Rushmore is my favorite, but I like the one on Pike's Peak.

Race Red GT............

I finally found the GT I've been dreaming of. This 2017 Race Red beauty comes with the Performance Package and looks pretty good in the company of my 2015 Hayabusa. I picked her up in Fairfiled, CA, on July 12th.
So far so good, tracks hands off like she's on rails and (knock on wood) no rattles or other issues to date.

Yea, soon. Getting it back tomorrow. It's been at the dealer for the week getting some "body fitment issues" and other related frustrations resolved. I'm going mad without already

OK @Hadtohaveit - got it back last night. Here are a few pics from today. Sadly, a simple cell phone pic reveals the metallic yumminess better than real photog gear does. It took a lot of restraint to not go back with a ladder for that street sign!

Mustang Trl... can't beat that!

Yep and lots of other cars. They arrange the price at a selected dealership. They also occasionally have cars on display at their stores.

That looks very clean. I like black, just didn't like how scratches and dirt show up on it compared to lighter colors..

I have dark grey F150 and it's a nightmare to keep clean..

Black is most definitely one of the finest colors when in perfect condition.. However once swirls and scratches show up, you still notice them no matter how hard you try to use rubbing/buffing compound to remove them..

I know from personal experience, as prior to purchasing my current 06 and previous 05 GT, I owned 3 black Mustangs in which the last was a 93 SVT Cobra..

Needless to say, I really loved the Cobra, but it seemed like all I did was spend most of my time detailing in addition to using rubbing/buffing compound to hide swirl marks but still couldn't get rid of them all..

That's when I finally decided that enough was enough and switched to Torch Red lol.

Amen to that. This is my driving third season of my black GT 'vert. I've invested a small fortune in various products since May 2014, many of which I no longer use, and have learned and re-learned a variety of techniques for keeping the finish looking sparkly.

I'm at the point where I've got it down pretty well and presently use a rinse-less cleaning product and detail sprays that contain no petroleum or VOC's. It helps immensely that my Mustang is garage kept. Not everyone here is as fortunate. But that allows me to regularly maintain the finish with relative ease and comfort in shade.

The key is not letting it get to the point where it takes three days to do a proper detailing. But surface scratches are inevitable, no matter how good of a job is done.

That is downright nasty. The white with all that silver trim and wheels... very nice.
