Heated/Cooled Seats

...don't work on my brand new GT.
Before I go on, I will be taking it into the dealer to get this diagnosed, and fixed.

But, has anyone out there experienced this? If so, do you know how it was fixed? Were you able to figure it out and fix it your self?

The lights come on at the controls, but no heat in the seat!!!

Nope, mine seem to work just fine. Keep us updated, would love to hear the outcome.

Also, check under the seat and make sure all the connections are tight, and in fact plugged in. The ones on MY EB work fine, as did the ones in my SHO.

Fuses are/look good, and all plugs seem to be completely plugged in.
The lights on the dash come on, for both seats, but no heat!

Didn't check the cooling...

We test drove an MKC, and those seats didn't work either!

What is it about car forums anyway? People write in and ask opinions as to what might be wrong with their car(or truck), and invariably people post: I dunno, but mine works great! Is it human nature to be a jerk?

Everyone so far has posted an idea as to what the problem could be in a HELPFUL way? The only jerky comment has been from you well and now me?

Let me get this escalated for you, Garbone. Please, PM me with your VIN, dealer, mileage, full name, and best daytime number.

The seats are in fact working. They didn't start that way, but it seams the more I use them, the better they work...like they needed to break in or something.

Definitely different from my expectation, but they work fine now.

Definitely not the same experience we had with the wife's '14 escape. You cant hardly push it past number 1...and there are 5 settings, 5 being the hottest.

Must be my noobness to the new car...LOL
