So You guys are the percentage of men that love the car loud. The other half are driving buicks, or Hondas. I've recently been told by a few old guys my car is too loud

I like to hear a little rumble when I see these cars. If you want a quiet car go get yourself a Honda or Toyota. :-)

I just turned 74 this month and presently driving a 2014 loaded Escape. The people who liked the car all said in their own way that it was about time I drove an age appropriate vehicle .I just agreed with them to keep everybody happy . This car is great but it's no mustang ! Driving it is quiet and comfortable and BORING !!!!!It is ,however a 2yr lease, because when the lease is up I plan to get a 2016 GT coupe. By then all the teething problems of the new model will have been taken care of and there might some pleasant upgrades coming like sync 3,new transmissions, an automatic performance pack and some new colours. You are only as old as you think and I'm in my thirties when I am driving a mustang!

Having used MFT for the past three years, I have not experienced any major problems. The very few problems I did have just required me to shut the car off and restart it.

Based on the press release, they will start rolling out Sync 3 next year. Not all 2016 models will get it. Considering the Mustang is just getting MFT, I will bet the Mustang will not get Sync 3 next year. I am guessing it will be rolled out when a model is new or has more than minor update. Sync 3 requires all new internal hardware. Having used MFT for the past three years, I have not experienced any major problems. The very few problems I did have just required me to shut the car off and restart it.

I am really surprised at that as I did not expect that. But I would not be surprised that Sync 3 goes through the same growing pains MFT went through.

So do whatever makes you happy, as you only live just once on this earth, as it's your life and it's your happiness that matters most and if those people in question can't respect you for just the way you are ? Then their opinions don't mean squat to begin with anyhow..
Just like you said, you are only as old as you think
