Reconnected battery and now my horn is honking

I installed a Roush Cold Air Intake on my 2014 V6 Automatic Mustang over the weekend. As part of the install process I had to disconnect the battery.

Ever since I reconnected the battery the car horn honks twice at me when I open the driver door and when I press the lock button once on the key fob.

Why is it doing this and is there a way to stop it?

Thanks so much!
