Bluetooth won't turn on Sync w/ nav
So I have 13 manual with nav and my phone won't connect. I tried the master reset and deleting my phone. I've got an iPhone 6 plus. It was working until yesterday.
It keeps staying Bluetooth off, turn on. I click yes and it doesn't do anything. Went to phone settings and click Bluetooth and it keeps staying on off. When click on it won't stay on.
Not sure what do now. I've updated to the latest firmware on both sync and the phone. Thanks!

SSM 45123 - Various SYNC Equipped Vehicles – Apple iOS 8 and or iPhone 6 Functional Issues
Some customers with SYNC equipped vehicles may experience Bluetooth connectivity issues after upgrading to Apple iOS 8/8.01/8.02 or using an iPhone 6 with SYNC. This is not a SYNC hardware or software concern. Apple advised that release iOS 8.1 resolved Bluetooth connectivity issues. Please direct customers to update to Apple iOS 8.1 or later. If this doesn't resolve customer connectivity concerns, direct customer to the following Apple support URL: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht6473.

Ford In-Vehicle Technology Rep
Hi shouldhavegottheGT,
One thing that has been correcting this issue for some users is following these steps:
Delete your phone from SYNC and SYNC from your phone, perform a master reset on SYNC and reboot your phone while the reset is going through. Once your system and phone come back, re-pair your phone as normal.
If this doesn't work for you, you may want to contact your dealership so they can diagnose and correct it. Let me know how it goes!
