Engineering mode with digital speedo
I just found this today....I am sure most of you know about it, but I did not. I remember this feature on my 99-04 mustangs, and it is still here in the 13's!!!

Hold down the ok button before putting in the key...keep holding while you turn the key to the "on" position...let it go when it says engineering mode. You have all kinds of stuff there to scroll through! Digital tach, speed-o, all kinds of stuff...very cool.

That's really cool, I'm about to go try it out. I'm sure a lot of people didn't know about this. I remember reading in another thread for changes people would like to see on the 14 be a digital speedo. And many agreed.

I can only speak to the 2013 Premium model Sync system. I've done a lot of experimenting with using a USB thumb drive for my music and tested in a car at the dealership (mine is not here yet). What I found was that Sync uses 'tags' that are part of each music track. Those tags include album, artist, title, and genre. You can easily update the tags using a free program named mp3tag, which works with both MP3s and WMA files. Sync does not use the file name or folder name. Hope this helps.

Just tried it on my '13 GT500, it works. Neat feature, thanks for sharing. Google wouldn't reveal a list of all the code meanings, anyone else have luck with that?
I did notice that most modern Fords have this feature. If you don't have OK on the steering wheel (e.g. '10 Mustang) use the reset button instead. Gonna try this on the wife's Escape.

Is there anything for Fords like the VAG-Com for Audi/VW? I loved that thing, being able to tweak everything from headlight function, window up/down with the key fob, brake differential aggressiveness, etc all with a laptop and a ODB-USB cable.

I guess the mods felt it neccesary to move this topic...and to change the topic name. This is not an interior modification...this is something all Ford vehicles have and not that many people know about it apparently...why the move? Put it back on the main page so people can see this. I have owned the car for almost a year and just now figured it out?!?!

Did you know all of our cars come with a Digital Speedometer?
I started a thread about this yestereday...but it was moved to the modifications section. This is not a modification. All of our cars have an engineering mode apparently. Did you guys know about this? It also worked on my friends 2011 Fusion. I guess all Fords have this option. It has a digital Tach, digital speed-o in mph and kph...and tons of other features. Did you know about this? I have had my 13 for about a year and just now found this. Very cool feature.
