Wheel and TPMS fitment question

I was planning on swapping out my stock 2012 V6 base model 17” wheels for the 2005-2009 style as in the photo below. I'm told these 17" wheels are a direct swap. Is this correct?

I'm also wondering if my 2012 TPMS will be a direct swap? If not, what would I need?

Thanks!

I believe the 2012 uses the valvestem TPMS sensor and not the ban type.

So if you take them down to whoever is swapping them, just tell them you need the sensors swapped over and to sync them back to the system.

BadHabit, Thanks for the reply. Wish I had more knowledge of what-fits-what as I don’t want to get stuck purchasing wheels / TPMS that won’t fit and/or function correctly. Hopefully, I won’t be a total noob forever ... LOL
