This looks like the site(s) auto body shops/insurance uses to source parts - is it possible for a regular consumer to order without any special accounts???

That is the perfect rear end for a newer Mustang. I really dislike the glossy black decklid panel on the 2013's and also the extra plastic around the license plate as well. The 2010-2012 rear end with those 2013 lights is awesome. When I upgrade to a 5.0 or a GT500, I'll definitely be going with those tail lights.

Wow, if they were 275.00 each, prices are dropping down into the reality zone. Our cost was 2.5x that just a few months ago...
Ah, on edit - car-part.com covers used parts, not NIB stuff, hence getting lucky on that price. Still a good deal if you can catch it.

For sure they are going to be used... They're typically from wrecked cars. However, if the car was wrecked from the front, I have no issue taking clean/like new parts from the untouched parts of the car.
Mine genuinely looked 10/10 when I got them. They just had a coating of dust on them. Make sure and call the vendor to double check the condition of the part.

Now that is a smart idea because if you at least have overlays like these in gloss black with the kink added to he bottom to fill in then they would look as close as possible to a stock look. Now dayum i hate that I am getting an urge to want the newer taillamps!

Am offers the covers in body color, satin black ,and chrome. The satin would be great for our cars that have the satin enter section like is used on the MCA

How about it Silver horse or American Muscle? Any chance you could get something whipped up like this that would work for the 2013 tail lights and our 2010-2012 bumper? How about incorporating a reflector in the cover so the lights would be legal for us? I know I would purchase a pair.
