Oil life indicator 2013 GT500
My oil life indicator has never changed. I have taken to the local dealer three times with the following responses:
1st time (3500 miles): Well, you may be driving too easy and it may take a while to change.
2nd time (4500 miles): We replaced the instrument cluster, it should work now.
3rd time (7800 miles): Ford engineers know it is a problem, it is a software problem, there is no fix at this time and no estimate as to when it will be fixed.
I am having some serious doubts about my local Ford dealer.
Are any other 2013 GT500's having issues with the oil life indicator not working?
I do know enough to change the oil without using it (I did it for years before the clusters became so stupid/smart), I just want my car to function properly.

I don't pay much attention, but I do reset it each time I've changed the oil in my 13. Not because I need it, but because I'm that **** about stuff.
