Radio CD trays cycling/500 radio setup TSB?

Folks,
Is there a TSB for the issue of the CD trays cycling when the car is off and then it runs the battery down? This has been a problem with my car since new in 2005, dealer could not replicate and I am getting ready to get my third battery because of it. Thanks-Mike

The ONLY thing I have found is that you dump any CD's and turn OFF the radio before turning off the car. Has not drained my battery since I started doing that.
