1973 Mach I wiring

Good day. I am new to Mustangs, but was hoping you all could help. Back in December I was on the hunt for a 1970 Torino. Well I found one and the deal happened to include a 1973 Mach I; which my wife loved; so I was not completely in the dog house. The problem is that it was in the process of being updated. The interior looks to be about 80% complete. For whatever reason, the owner had removed the 351C and had a 351W mostly in. In the process of getting the engine started, I discovered the ignition switch worked in every position except Start. So assuming a bad switch, I replaced it and when I turned the key to start, there was a glow/pop at the switch and it bit the dust. Obvisouly there is a short somewhere. I then proceeded to start tracing wires and found a mess of taped up and loose wires under the dash. Someone has done a lot of monkeying around and did not do a good job of it.

All that is to say, I would like to have a new wiring harness installed. I know Painless and Centech make what look to be good harnesses, though the later seems more affordable. However, in two weeks, my wife and daughter will be going out of town for two weeks. I would like to have someone with a better working area and tools than myself rewire this car for her while she is gone. That way, with her birthday being July 31, she may be able to at least in it and start it...there is other work to be done as well. I am in Athens. Are you all aware of a business or person that could handle the task at a reasonable rate? Thanks!

My garage is a little packed...lol
