Isn't the C63 AMG way more expensive than the M4? hmmm... but yeah, I think you're the only MB love here Alex, lol. I don't mind them. Just, for that kindda money, I could get a Shelby plus change, or a Dodge Viper even.

Heck I would. That SS above sounds awesome. I wanted to cam mine, but too much $$$ for the gain

Not everyone wants to race. I don't.

Yep. I'm sure the HellCat/Challengers are horrible to drive handling wise, but I sure would like one. Especially a cammed one.... mmm delish.

So if there was a minivan that had the best sounding exhaust, you'd get that over any other car out there?

Well it certainly decides a pool of cars I am looking for. Right now a good sounding 4x4 or AWD car with 4 doors. But still CTS-V > ATS-V

It is faster then the ATS-V, sounds better then the ATS-V, and looks better then the ATS-V IMO. Now a cammed CTS-V would be ****.

You have to at least make your comparisons in a logical manner.

I chose my Hellcat comparison, because there's a 99% chance that since we're all car guys in this forum, the Hellcat would be something we would probably want to have or at least like even somewhat.

Drawing comparisons to a minivan just doesn't make any sense. The obvious answer to your question is "hell no", because none of us would ever WANT a minivan.

So - to state the obvious - maybe it wasn't to you - in the realm of "desirable vehicles for us car guys" - an exhaust note plays a VERY large factor in our desire to own them.

yep - that is correct. The comment was on the SS - which falls in the 99% category of what a car guy like me would want to own. So yes.

Yes, a cammed Hellcat would be disgusting. I heard one, not in person, and it's stupid awesome. I kinda do want a Hellcat again after seeing that brand new one on the road the other day. Looked ballsy as ****!

Absolutely! A cammed CTS-V or even a cammed Z06 is disgusting sounding.

So if you try to sell your Mustang, will the color change to "Gotta Get Rid Of It Green"?

Realistically mine is all paid for, and with the mods getting better every year. I will not be trading it anytime over the next 3-4 years. Still, I drool over a few other cars out there daily.

I'll chime in.

I'd love a Hellcat or GT350, but trading in my 12 wouldn't make enough of a dent in the purchase.

I'm waiting for the Mustang facelift in a few years to see if that turns my crank - otherwise I will keep modding.

... or maybe an Audi S3.
