What mod next? 2014 GT

Hi all,
This is my first post here, proud to be a member. Recently picked up a used 2014 Mustang GT M/T. New to Manual driving, so that probably isn't helping what I am about to say, but I have been practicing. Anyways, car has 3.73's Magnaflow exhaust, and Longtube Headers. On the highway or 40+ this thing ****ing pulls to the point my 275's in the back break lose in 3rd gear. But, coming from a 2011 335i(CAI/DP/Tune/FMIC) this thing (the mustang) seems MUCH slower off the line. Of course this could be remedied by better driving which will come in time. However, what else should I do next to improve preformance? I am stuck between a Tune or upgrading my suspension to actually hook the power this beast makes. Anyways, head to head in a 0-100 who do you think would win? My old 335 vs Mustang, just wondering for fun. Thanks guys and if you can please include specifics (IE instead of upgrade Controls arms, suggest upper or lower? Both? What brand? Thank you!!!)

If you have long tubes, the previous owner was probably running a tune. You need to check to see if you really have 3.73 gears too. You should 'smoke' a 335. A 335 runs about the same as the bolt on v6 Mustang I have

Unless you put a supercharger on its gonna be tough to match the off the line of the modded BMW with the twin turbos. Bone stock that's a 4.9 sec 0-60 car. With downpipe, tune, FMIC, etc. it gets much quicker. By the time you buy long tubes, cai, intake manifold, etc... you are already half way or more to a blower with a lot less gains. For about 5k or less during sales, you can get a paxton or vortech setup from Beefcake racing. I was in same boat and was going to do the long tubes, x pipe, and cams, then I came to my senses and just threw a stage 2 procharger kit in. 600whp will make you forget all about that BMW. With the long tubes, and other mods you may see a 30-40whp change. Anyone of the blowers will get you at least 150whp and if you are mechanically inclined, you can install it youself. It's a little bit of an investment but if you are going to keep the car for a long time it's worth it. In the end the other parts, long tubes, etc. are worth next to nothing. The blower will always have some value. You can remove it, sell it, and get at least half your money back if you sell the car.

who said anything about the bemer being Twin Turbo. 11' 335i comes with a 3L 6 cylinger good for ~320HP.

GT Mustang would win the 0-100 hands down.

I would recommend 2 things If you feel the mustang is slower off the line.
1) Driver mod. Launching a MT Mustang quick requires skill and practice. Hold RPM at NO MORE than ~2000 and sidestep the clutch while rooooooooooling onto the throttle. This will take practice to do right to manage wheel slip.
2) What tires do you have? 275s should hook up fairly well, but if it's cold and you have summer only tires you'll just spin. I would recommend Potenzaa S04s or Conti Extreme contact DW, or even some Mickey Thomsons.

If you still want more mods, lower control arms on the rear will help with wheel hop and better hookup of the line.

And the first minute of this video is a typical outcome of a road course encounter between a '14 GT and '14 335i. This is before any of my mods outside of tires, and I'm pretty sure he was stock too.

Not sure about numbers exactly, but just a tune in that car makes a huge difference in torque and the torque comes on very early in the rpm range with that motor and I think a tune only gets it right around the 400wtq and by 2700rpm you have full torque. Coyote is gonna need a PD blower to match that response. Just gotta keep the rpms up on the Coyote.

It's a twin scroll single. Makes same power as TT did but torque comes on 200rpm sooner. Starts to hit at 1800rpm.
