Update: bought some goodies to help make my install easier.
Torque wrench (in-lbs) - been wanting to get this a while
Spark plug gap tool (.035)
Anti sieze for threads
Dielectric grease for the coils/plugs
Socket extensions (wobble even)
5/8 spark plug socket
Multimeter (free from harbor freight) - for use during my halo fog install
Can't wait to get home tomorrow. I'm tearing into Marilyn IMMEDIATELY. Funny how during vacation, I'm shopping for stuff for my car still LOL. My wife keeps giving me the stare hahahaha

So I finished doing some "clean up" today. I ordered a straight through pcv connector...since I didn't like the look of hose going straight into the intake of the Maggie. So since the connector came with the driver side hose, I used my heat gun to expand and loosen the connector so I could pull it off.
After that, trimmed the hose to length, then slid everything on. Voila. Much cleaner oem look IMO.

As stated earlier, GT CS fascia install complete. Took me about an hour, part of that time was taking pics and goofing off I also installed the fascia WITH THE BUMPER ON. There was no need to remove the bumper. I'm saving that for when I do the fog lights next week. All the tabs were accessible from underneath/behind the bumper.
I simply jacked up the car, and went to town using my trusty 1/4 impact Milwaukee that I got for Father's Day. It's my new favorite tool, hands down.
As a reminder, here's my fog lights covers I made myself:
Had to use a ratchet here since I was too lazy to turn the wheel for my impact
Here's the beast again… This would have taken me another 15 minutes longer I think, had I not had it.
Tabs showing from behind the bumper. I pushed these 2 out already.
Both ends of the stock fascia with a rag on it to avoid scratching the paint as it free swings:
Stock FUGLY fascia dangling and fully removed
The stock naked bumper without the stock fascia
Here's the new fascia ready to install. Side by side compare with the stock one. Much more aggressive.
and…..
the final result.
for reference, here's the old stock look:
I love the new fascia. Took me 3 years to get one, but oh well… Worth it. I can't wait to see what it looks like with my new halos coming next week.
Car show tomorrow, so I freshly detailed her. Then stay will change plugs, pulley, and belt tomorrow. Intake and tune Monday. Stay tuned for updates.
btw.. she was angry today while getting washed. She doesn't like getting wet
also a close up shot of the fog light covers.

Alright… sorry for the delay. Was too busy wrenching' yesterday
START TIME: July 6th, 10am.
Disconnected the battery (obviously…lol)
Spark plug install first.
Removed coil covers, then tried to remove coil connectors. Sliding the red tab wasn't enough. Figured out that I had to shove a screwdriver to release the connector.
Removed all coils then sprayed compressed air to clear debris. I couldn't believe one of the debris I found was under the coil… wtf.
Then removed each plug carefully with extensions. I actually taped the socket to the extension after this 1st one. I didn't want it to drop in there.
After removing each plug, I taped it shut not to allow crap to get in.
Old plug… didn't look too bad.
Comparing old and new
Surprisingly, the -M50 plugs came with an 0.050" gap. Weird. I had to gap them all to 0.035".
Anti-seize and dielectric grease applied to new plugs.
Plugs and coils all reinstalled and ready to tackle the pulley.
But first, time to clean the TB while I had it off. It didn't look dirty at first, but after spraying the cleaner and looking at it more, it was gunky on the bore, and especially the back side of the butterfly valve.
All clean and ready for reinstallation.
Quick shots of the old setup, and proof that the old pulley was 3.9" in diameter…see the writing?
Remember to loctite the screws before assembling the new pulley!
New pulley on. Wow. Not even fully on yet, I already thought this thing really added some bling to my bay
Bye Bye old, hello new
Look at how much 0.3" difference makes. The new pulley is 3.6" in diameter.
After torquing to spec, bolted everything else back on, and I was done for the day.
STOP TIME: July 6th, 2 pm (included a stop for lunch )

Rushed to UPS to get my Roush package
New CAI finally!!! (p.s. Anyone want to buy my KnN filter that fits in the stock box? Only has 500 miles on it LOL). Just had one issue with the Roush. They sent one wrong sized bolt (there were 2) to bolt the intake tube to the box. No biggie. I'm heading to Lowe's later.
Install is COMPLETE!!! God, I love how that pulley, Boss STB, Bob's Oil Sep (in silver), and the Roush Intake just transform my engine bay…bling is always good?
Time to load the new tune to the SCT...
Now onto the car...
And…..
FIRST START!
All was well! Idle and everything was fine.
Took her for a drive around the block a couple of times, 3k rpm max. All good. All I can say is, wow, my laziness from a stop (starting in 1st or 2nd) was all but gone. It just seems so much more responsive, even at low rpm. I'm sure the JDM tune is largely responsible, but I wonder if cleaning the TB made a difference too? maybe the intake? I know the new M50 spark plugs only make a difference at WOT… so I dunno. A combination of EVERYTHING? It just seems so much more drivable now. I can't WAIT till I can actually get ON her… lol.
Now it was time to datalog for JDM… idle, 55mph cruise, and WOT.
JDM sent me a Config File, so I just had to load that. Then start data logging.
Sending the idle back, Jim Jr. and Nick informed me that all was good there. I just sent them the Cruise data, so am waiting to hear back. So far so good.
I'm not done dealing with JDM yet, but so far, I am impressed. Great product, great service. Many thanks to Jim Sr., Jim Jr., and Nick. I'll let you guys know of the cruise and WOT datalogs shortly.

Oil wise, always Amsoil 5W20. Same with filter, Amsoil EA017. Changed once a year, since I only put 2 to 3k miles a year.
