So pumped! Alex at AM just helped me place my order for:
-Koni STR.T's shocks and struts
-Steeda sport springs
-GT500 mounts
-J&M adjustable panhard

And saved a buttload of $$$

I am getting $640 for the set or individually. Is there a discount code? Ready to order a set of yellows.

There was apparently a pricing change at AM on Monday morning, so that's the correct price now, in line with the other vendors at the moment.

Indeed so, which is why I got my oranges anyway. Need 'em so got 'em!

'Course, everyone and their mommas, dogs, and probably their gut flora ordered the '05-10 rears so I gotta wait a lil' bit to get those... Heh.

Surprised more people don't go for the yellows.

Well, for me, they're expensive for something I'm going to set and forget. I don't need adjustables. I had them on my '86 SVO... never *once* touched them. I don't track. I just need shocks better suited for a 1" drop than the stock ones.

I've heard many many reports that the combo of the 1" lower springs and these particular dampers are very good. So I trusted that, went with my gut, and got them.

I'm sure I'll be happy.

Yup. $490.00 shipped. Unbelievable price from American Muscle.

Now I have to wait a week for my Boss 302 strut mounts to get here (higher durometer bushing than the 11-14 GT mounts). Shame nobody stocks those, or anything other than a horrendously expensive adjustable mounts, heavy duty mounts, or GT500 mounts which won't work with 11-14 struts.

The Boss 302 strut mounts were 80 bucks shipped. Part number CR3Z-18183-B.

Were those from a dealer or from somewhere else?

That's awesome! I've never heard that. The new struts I thought had to use the stock mounts. Which is why most people go with the older gen and the gt500 mounts.

I'm weird about having a 2013 and putting and older design on my car. So it's nice to know that the boss mounts are the gt500 equivalent for the new 11-14 struts.

My rear STR.T's came in yesterday btw. Crazy fast shipping from AM. And I got the price before they increased them! But one of them came in and the Koni sticker on the plastic boot had come off and was stuck inside the box . I super glued it back on though lol.

o.0

They're on sale right now. And no, they won't go back to the lower price, for that was a mistake, I'm sure, or it wouldn't have been adjusted immediately.

I don't know if it was as much a typo mistake more than they saw everyone's else's sale price $15 more.

So my Yellows came in the mail, one of the rears had an oil stain inside the box and a oil coating the shock body. Bad seal, it happens. Koni will just rebuild it. A quick call to American Muscle, and I had a return label e-mailed to me and a replacement order processing. Excellent cotomer sevis.

One of my shocks got lost by UPS and AM next day-ed me another one. Should be here tomorrow. Great customer service for sure.
