Don't let "Chicken Little" scare you away, it's worth it.

After checking out their site I may actually give it a try. It is completely adjustable. There is a dial to change throttle response on the fly. Could come in handy during the winter months. Would not be such a bad thing to have the throttle response softened a bit when there is ice and snow on the ground where a hair trigger throttle response is counterproductive. Once again basically like the Si-Drive in a Subaru.

I've had this on my V6 (2014) for a couple of months now, and I have definitely felt a difference. No hiccups or problems so far. I wouldn't say my throttle lag is completely eliminated (I have 2.73 gears in my base 3.7, so takeoff is still a little sluggish), but it's certainly improved. I would love to compare this to a tune but IMHO, it was worth the money. The only drawback is now I'm chomping at the bit for a gear upgrade and tune. Not sure I can hold out for my warranty!

It's still on my winter list of purchases. I'm tempted to get rid of my extended warranty. I did the same thing with my 2000. I bought the extendo and got the mod itch. It's certainly a lot not fun.

Return the waste of money extended warranty and go mod crazy. The Ford extended warranties are worthless. They fight you tooth and nail to get anything covered!

If you have a tune then why not just have the tuner set the throttle to your liking?

This pedal does nothing a good tune can't already do...

I see a lot of the 2015 mustang guys are trying this out with good results. but like every mod except a super charger or turbo its a waste of money right. there guys that say longtubes headers are a waste then there are other that say its there favorite mod so what do we do I guess just leave the car stock sense everything is a waste of money

I have a great tune, but this makes it better. I think it's something that a tuner can't do. Tuners chime in please.

I think I'll get the paperwork out today and cancel. I have a three year 36k from the factory and it'll go three years with the mileage I do.

Growing up, my dad had an extended warranty on everything we owned...cars, computers, etc. Every single time, the Ford dealers would fight him to the death on getting stuff covered. Just a couple years ago, he bought a used 2006 Escape from a nearby dealer; the rear window defroster went out, or more specifically a couple lines on the defroster went out. They wouldn't cover it. They would only do a repair job on the few lines. He said screw it and canceled the warranty.

Now I hope you don't have any big things go out at 40k miles, because you'll crucify me LOL, but when I got my car, there was no point in even entertaining the finance guy by listening to his spiel. No way was I going to waste money on those things, especially knowing myself and my mod itch (I had full suspension, GT500 steering wheel and a few other things waiting, as soon as I ordered the car ).

It's crapshoot for sure but I'll go with if she gives me three years without a problem there's a good chance there won't be a major meltdown. Of course anything can happen but just like when I bought my used 2000 GT in 2002, I bought her with an extendo and a month later I couldn't take it and canceled. Plus Mustang means fun. How can I have fun with all those mods out there and sitting on the sidelines?

My tune completely eliminates throttle lag. Tuners can most certainly do this, it's all controlled by the computer. This pedal isn't some magic device that does something the computer can't, it's just a little easier to install.
