Sounds Awesome! Yeah I would have agree'd with the Shelby too. It's all about that motor! So much potential!

You're not kidding... What used to require pedal to the floor in my tuned-out 5.0 now requires a "flick on the ankle" to do even faster.

Pedal to the metal really isn't an option in the GT500 in low gear...

Well the Aston Martin/Maserati dealership apparently has no clue how to detail a car... It sat on the lot for 3 months and while they "washed" it, they didn't claybar or wax her. I'm gonna try and get that done today and get some pics. One thing about white though is it looks GREAT even when dirty. I couldn't stand not washing my black stang for even a day...

^ Josh... I just noticed in your sig, your progression from several V6's, to a GT, then onto a Shelby. You did it right, my friend. You're in the big kohones area now. Congrats again sir!

Well I didn't get to the clay and wax but I gave her a quick sudsing and took some poorly lit photos with a crappy cell phone camera. :-)

Oh god that is so sexy. Hey btw, I'm pretty sure that's a 2013. It has the 2013 gauge cluster style with the larger halo...I could be wrong though.

Hey can you snap a pic of the shifter surround and center console button? Are they satin, like the AC vents, door speaker surrounds and door pulls? Or are they chrome like the radio buttons...

This does not apply to the Shelby, they are all like that.

lol I think I would've noticed somewhere along the way of spending 60k on the car if it wasn't a 2014

It's chrome like the buttons, Pic requested:

I don't want to add the typical shelby stripes but I might add the GT500 stripe on the sides above the rocker panels in matte white.

I've had multiple plebs roll down their windows at stop lights to ask what kind of car it is. *sigh*

I kinda like that. The mystery and the matte white side stripes! Ooo I'd even paint the snakes matte white!

Thanks, I plan on replacing all my interior parts with the satin. I hate the chrome. Is the center console lid button satin also? Does it say Shelby or have a snake on it, or just plain?

It's satin with SHELBY across it.

Well, that's not going on my car lol. I'll have to think of something else then. Maybe I'll just vinyl wrap the chrome bits...which is what I was planning on originally.
