Entering car show next week, looking for photoshop expert

I have entered the IMM35 mustang show for August 28-30 here in Vancouver. I'd like to showcase the modifications i have made to my car and print them onto a board to hang from my hood or stand on a frame in front of it. I'd like to mix some then and now photos with text descriptions. Be nice to print it on a blue back ground. here's an example of what i'd like to do.

Use Word and convert it to PDF. then upload it to FedEx for printing / laminating. and go pick it up. I recently had my window sticker laminated just for the hell of it to see how it would come out. Came out better than what their site showed. Using Photoshop will over-complicate the process for what you want.

You can use Text boxes in word for picture and text placement. It can be easier than using the basic functions especially if you have several pictures. If you just want more of a newsletter look. then the basic functions will work fine. Save as a PDF, then upload and choose size.

We also use FedEx for this type of thing here at work.

This is a GREAT idea Darren. Folks continually ask me about my mods at car shows, and I get tired of recanting the same list over and over again. Would be nice to just be able to have something there for them to read.

Once you have your poster done take the file over to Staples or Office Depot and have them print it out on their wide format printer. Once its printed ask for it to be mounted and laminated to foam board. Looks awesome and gives the print more rigidity.

This is what I have for my car...

They're Oracle Plasmas. I only know because I asked him a couple weeks ago. I want those!

Good. I wouldn't be interested if they were AM CCFL's.

But do you know if he had to mod the lights themselves? or did he send them his fogs/new fogs and had them do the retrofit?

All he told me was that he bought them locally from Oracle Lights. Didn't mention anything about the installation. I'm curious to know as well. Didn't think to ask at the time. I was more concerned with making sure I get whatever he has on his because they look really good. Still need to place my order...

i was away from TMS for saving up money... i bought initially AM's but they look good in nights but day its hardly noticable.. so i shifted to oracle which is so bright even on very sunny day you can see them.

cheapest option would be to buy the halos from oracle and then do it yourself but i dont have any mechanical skill set. so what i did was send my stock fogs to a local shop, they painted the fogs and added the halos into this. please contact them to get full install cost, they are also oracle light dealers.

sorry for not getting my pics to you guys. The unfortunate passing of a good friend plus closing on a real estate deal have taken priority this week. I'd still like to do this but it will wait till after this weekend's show.

I noticed in the last picture the appearance mods are listed above the "Performance" mods, and vice versa.

But it looks so **** nice!
