Driveshaft movement

I have a 2014 V6 auto premium with a Steeda tune on it. I started hearing a strange sound lately coming form under the car when doing 60 mph and over. It's not a vibration that I can tell, it's more of an oscillating/helicopter sound. I put the car up on jack stands to see if it was the driveshaft. There is noticeable(not much) "slop" where the driveshaft enters the transmission tailpiece. The u-joints are good. I've never noticed this much movement on any other vehicle I've owned. Is this normal? Has anyone else noticed this on their mustang?
Thanks, David

Its normal to have a little slop in the driveshaft. I think you need to check your tire pressure or look for something bad with one of your tires. Just a thought......

Ever since I went to 3.73 gears from 2.73 gears I notice a bad vibration in the car when I let off the gas at higher speeds. I don't know if it is the driveshaft or what but that is all I can come up with.

I am assuming you have stock gears but maybe you developed a gear whine? Perhaps you can get the dealer to look at it since it might be covered under warranty.

Also, they're several heat shields under the car. I remember someone had a wheel well liner that was making strange flapping sounds. just a few things to thing about...

Have you been able to address this with your dealer yet, DJ2014?

That's a relief. I rotated all four tires and the noise did not change one bit.

I had my wheel well liner making a flapping noise after I ran the amp power wire through the firewall. I made an adjustment on it and it stopped.
Thanks

Yes, I'm still stock on the gears and I've only got a little over 12k miles on it, so yes it's still under warranty. I appreciate all of the feedback. Next stop is back to the dealer.

I haven't taken it in yet, but plan on it after my vacation to the Big Island in a couple of weeks. My stepson is a master mechanic at the dealership I'll be taking it to.

Thanks,
David
