Decent Deal for a 2012 GT?

I found a 2012 GT that I would be interested in (has everything except gears...has std 3.31s), my local dealer would have to go get it. They're willing to sell it to me at X-plan, plus the incentives that are currently available.

Does this sound decent or should there be some room to work with considering it's a 2012 -- but yes, they do have to do a dealer trade 200 miles away.

It's a Premium Package car with the 19" wheel package and back up sensor package. I like the wheels, have zero need for backup sensor (mirrors seem to work still). There's another 12 on the lot but it has the optional 18" chrome rims which I detest, as well as $1400 in options I have no use for (heated seats, back up sensor package). Kind of a deal killer on that one, which is too bad since it's right there.

So what's the deal?

When I was shopping, I could get $5,000 off any 2012 w/ X-Plan and $3,000 cash back.

The deal ended up being $150 over invoice, plus the current $2500 cash back. They brought the owner of the dealership over to talk to me. Was looking at a 2013, was trying to tell me that they sell cars $1,000 over invoice "all day long". Well that's awesome, because I'm not paying it.

Found a 2012 with 10,000 miles with the 401a package for $28.9 -- it's 200 miles away though.

Not a lot of 12's left right now, and the biggest gripe with my old 2007 has been addressed with the Recaro Seat option on the 2013. Just aren't any incentives right now beyond the $500.

Buy a 2013 on x-plan!

I passed on a deal on a 2012 and waited 4 months for the 2013 I ordered(track pack and recaros). I wouldn't have it any other way!
