In case anyone was wondering...
For some reason a lot of people are skeptical about putting 285 tires on the front, but I'm here to say 285/35/19 fit and do not rub what-so-ever.

Ok, correction here. I guess I am a liar. My fronts are 255's. I could have sworn I had 285's all the way around, but just walked outside to double check and its just the rears.
Fronts are Falken 255 40/r19. Rears are Falken 285 35/R19. Sorry for the mistake. I was almost positive they were the same for all 4 tires(haven't had to replace them yet).
Just looking though, I think the 285's would still fit without a problem. I do apologize since this doesn't answer the question of lowering anymore. I May swap fronts and rears to see if I can confirm this.

+1 to the OP.
I'm lowered abot 1" in the front, 1.5" in the rear (Eibach Pro) and 285s fit perfectly all around on mine as well.
I don't even know how I drove on the stock Pirellis. No traction = scary!

I agree. They are quite grippy when new. But as they wear the traction drops off exponentially. I think you can expect 8-12k miles of good grip from these. I have 14k on mine (including 2 track days) and the thread is almost gone. I'll make it to October on mine, and next year I need new tires. I think I'll replace them with AS tires, as I have a separate wheel/tire set for track use.

Glad you could properly answer this. I may move up to 285s on the front when It's time for new tires, which will be a while I think. They already grip like hell, even after a year.

I think you nailed it. 12,000 would be about the end of their useful life. I put 22,000 on my OEM BBP Summer only Pirelli Pzeros and boy did they suck by the end.
I should mention that like you, I have the RTR wheels with the +33 offset. They stick out farther than stock by 7mm...

Thanks!
I was on the fence about which one to choose. On one hand black wheels are perfect for track days to hide the dust, but I'm not sold on black wheels with sterling gray. Depending on the light sometimes I think it looks good, sometimes I think it doesn't.
In general I like back wheels on light color cars, like pictured in this thread. Bright colors like Grabber Blue and White look great with dark wheels. So do Red cars. The contrast is what makes it pop in my opinion. SGM is ... neither bright nor dark or it's both depending on lighting... so I had a hard time deciding. But in the end I like this finish with my SGM.
