Only way you are getting into a coyote for 13k is to buy an older model pre 2005 for 5k, swap in a used coyote motor and trans (about 7-8k) and you are good to go. It's just not a realistic budget for a 2011+ coyote.

But yeah, am guessing the OP didn't really check into pricing. Just had a target and hoping to get the 11/12 5oh's.
Good luck OP!

I think you guys are being just a little to rough on the guy. If you're willing take a high mileage base model 5.0 I think you could probably get one for 15k maybe a litlle lighter, I got my 2013 V6 w/ 7K miles on it for 14k about almost exactly a year ago with. And it had after market wheels, and stripe kit.
Edit- Too OP, try Craigslist, autotrader, etc you are definitely going to need to keep it a private party purchase to get a 11+ GT for around where you want to spend, and you probably going to need more like 14-15k, and as I said above it will most likely be a higher mileage base model and you will have to look around.

You MIGHT be able to find a high mileage base GT (not premium) for mid to low teens . . . you'll need to be patient and search far and wide.
I have been looking at 2012 GT's for a while and most of them are in the $20-24K neighborhood with 10-40K miles and in good shape.
I have seen a couple with salvage titles, supposedly all fixed up, in the mid teens.

MSally, as others have said it will be next to impossible to to find a good one in that range. I just did the search, and bought a 2006 GT coupe with 89K that wasn't much less. The best price I saw for a '10 was a Vert with 75K, and it was 19K. Best to look for a private sale in your area. Good luck. You never know, there may just be one out there.
