2010 gt spark plug gap range question

Hi everyone, Question about the spark plug gapping for a 10 gt. When I put the plugs in last weekend, I researched many sites that say that .045 is a good gap for this car. I just went and downloaded the ford manual for the car on the ford website, and in the manual it states the gap setting for a 2010 gt 4.6l is between .039 and .043. Should I take out the plugs and adjust then to something like .040 ish or will .045 be ok?

I believe the ngk plugs I ordered from american muscle came gapped at .038 from the factory.

On my 2007 4.6L 3v (same motor) I gapped them at .032 on the recommendation of Brenspeed, but I'm running a supercharger. Ford says the motorcraft plugs for all 2005-2010 GTs should be .045.
