To all with CDC classic chin spoiler
Did everyone buy it unpainted and then have it painted by a local shop, or did you buy it painted (anyone know where to buy it pre-painted?)

The first quote I got to get mine painted was $225. Then I took it to another shop and they quoted me at $150. Got it done at the second shop and it turned out great! So that price is probably in the right ballpark. If you do any amount of highway driving or just drive your car alot be prepared to get it repainted at some point since it is a rock magnet.

I got mine unpainted since CDC doesn't offer pre-painted. I got the ducktail pre-painted and it matched nicely. I don't have a price for painting alone since I had my car striped at the same time but I think $150 to paint is about right.

I bought mine unpainted too and painted it myself with DupliColor matte black. It took me an afternoon and it came out perfect. If you want it painted in factory black, then it's best to go to a paint shop. The thing with buying large pre-painted parts is they might arrive with defects requiring taking that trip to the paint shop anyhow.

Jason,
LMperformance also sells them painted w/ free shipping. http://www.lmperformance.com/15881/73.html
Unfortunately I have no knowledge of their paint work because I had mine done locally.
