So is anyone still considering the BBK TB instead of this or maybe down the road?
I wonder how a 62mm version of the Powr-Flo to go with the BBK would work out???

You went to alot more trouble than I did. I just pulled the ends off of the factory hose and used an entire new piece of hose.

Hey - I don't just appreciate the heck out of this site, I appreciate the heck out of everyone who posts on here. I have been a member of a handful of different sites over the years (music related, etc..) and this place by far is the best because of the PEOPLE.

As I first posted b4. The TBS will not fit a larger TB (BBK or MMR). The TBS was made for the STOCK TB. I asked JET that while I was doing my research b4 I purchased it and was the test mule. They told me a bigger TB with a smaller TBS will result in very poor performance.

hmm well I did have a nasty dip in the 2500-3300 rpm range in the tq and hp. So I just might give it a shot. I needed an excuse to buy something. I just might get mine 2 day air and then dyno it sometime this week. Thats if i can get off work and drive 45 miles in traffic in 30 min before the shop closes that has a dyno.

OK... I said I would report back on the TBS after a session at the track (1/8-mile).
First of all, it was really toasty out there, so I didn't improve on any ETs from previous days. But, the average 60' time for 10 runs was about 0.030 - 0.040 quicker than my previous best, even though the average 1/8-mile ET was about a 0.100 slower compared to the best. The TBS was only difference in the car in the last three weeks. So, I would say those numbers indicate that TBS has indeed helped bottom end performance.
[BTW... those numbers mean more to me than a dyno.]

Just got an email from Chris at RPM Outlet, the TBS's are on backorder for two weeks. :bang:
Looks like the members of TMS cleaned them out!
