An updated order guide is now available and posted under the sticky.
New pricing is also now available. The ONLY change I see is that the chrome exhaust tips went up $5 MSRP and $7 cost.

I'm still confused. The updated order guide says Grabber Orange Clearcoat Metallic yet the 2007 colors chart drops 'metallic' in the description and shows a non-metallic color swatch.Which one does one believe?

Shopping Around for Best Price
Hey...I forgot to say thanks! I have been so busy working up my final details for my order....now, to find the best price and to try and decide between the red interior and the tan with the redfire....and I am having concerns about how the scoop of the GT app package scoop is going to look...decisions decisions....

Other than KBB and Edmunds, I haven't seen the Price Guide anywhere. Does anyone have a .pdf of the ford Price Guide (whatever the current price level is)??
I'm trying to work out a problem with my order, and the dealer wants to sell me the 64E wheels that should have been ordered on my car for $1100, instead of the $719 or whatever the xplan price is for the option. I want to be able to show them the facts from a Ford price guide, so they don't try and argue with me if I show them the same amount from KBB or Edmunds.
Thanks.

Forddirect lists a totally different invoice price from KBB/MSN, and very different prices from Edmunds.
I priced out my Mustang GT using Forddirect's invoice ($24,818 + options) and then applied the X-Plan formula: 0.996 * invoice + $75, and the dealer wanted $5.08 more than what I calculated. I know this isn't a big deal, but this is harder than doing my taxes since I can never calculate exactly how much I need to pay. It always ends up being slightly more due to an unknown pricing guide at the hands of the dealership.
Where can we get the dealer invoice pricing online?

Hey, Ed is back. Thanks for the thread Ed. I have had my car for two months and still have not had the kind of week you had with the Hooters girls, parade and car show win. I must be doing something wrong!
