Polishing/Vinyl Help

So my father in law diagnosed my paint as faded and oxidized. Is there a way to restore the paint job or at-least get it to a somewhat shinny feel again? I'm try to restore the car itself to a nice paint color.
Also the car has a snake racing stripe but the stripe looks like it has mountains on it (like creases) is there a way to get rid of the creases?
One more thing, does anyone know a way to find the paint code easier than matching the color to hundreds of paint bottles? Theres a few parts of the car that I need to retouch (the previous owner kissed other cars and now has yellow cracks in the paint).
Please help me!

There is a wax called color back. The bottle shows half a car waxed and half not waxed.

As for color, type the vin into a ford vin decoder or even a window sticker lookup site.

Google.
