Roll Call - Members in Europe
Out of curiosity, how many active members do we have in Europe?
And who will still be there in the spring of 2014?
I will be in Germany by that time, and I'd like to work on putting something together to coincide with MCA's 50th Anniv celebrations in Las Vegas and Charlotte. I think it'd be really cool to have an event for all Mustang fans outside the US.
And please post any ideas you have for an event like this. Locations? Events? There's 2 years to hash out all the planning and coordinating, we just need a starting point.

Guess the amount of active members from Europe isn't that big I know there's a fairly large community in France, Germany and the Netherlands. Just guess they're not that active on the forum.

Mine will probably be headed over in 7-9 months or so... Just in time for the cold wet winter to set in.

I will be picking her up at Graf. I'm located in Vilseck so it's super close. I have to order and send over some A/S tires though since the weather is unpredictable here and if you are caught out by the Polizi with out them and its below freezing them it's 6 points on your license and a 2000 Euro ticket. Not thanks. Plus if you get 12 points you lose your license. No thanks again.
I just got here this past week and it's been in the 20's for the last couple of days with snow and ice everywhere. There are quite a few Mustangs here actually. I have only seen a couple of 5.0's though. I have seen a few Terminators around though. I think I will have one of the only 13's in the country. I will let you know how the driving test goes. It's $10 to get it and then another 10 Euro to get your international license in town once you have the regular one. Oh and make sure you have a passport. The tourist one is fine. You need those two things to drive across the borders. I will give you my cell number once I get one and if you have an iPhone make sure it's unlocked from either your carrier or Apple before you come. I had to have my wife call Apple and they told her they weren't responsible for it anylonger. Ha ha. Nice huh.

I love the SBY LS cars. It's more orange than yellow. Great color in person as well as the GHIG. When I was buying my GT they had a GHIG BOSS in the show room. If things were a little different I would have bought that. I'm shooting or a GT500 if I ever get rid of the GT/TP. I am going to the Ring at my first chance. There are a bunch of guys that go often from here even though it's almost a 4 hour ride. I figure 4 hours, see some sights, hotel then go to the track the next day and come back. Or hotel again and then back.

How far is Hockenheim from down here? I think I saw a track just off the autobahn when we were leaving Ramstein about an hour out towards this direction. I want to drive to Italy through the Alps too. I already have the route planned out. I have a couple buds down there that I need to go see.

That's where I saw it. Right before we got on A6. I was in a "Tour" bus so the going was slow. I'm curious as to how long it will take in the Mustang. Do you have any details on cost and when it's open for anyone to drive it for the day? That would be helpful. I would be down to going up for some fun.
