did you keep it? I intend on keeping mine, I've used for so long I hate to dump it. The back is actually turning purple, (so many black Hurley bags) the lids loose, battery cover latch is cracked and held with a few pieces of notecard, been through a lot. I'm still one of the only guys with a lid, lol.

Oh yeah I kept it It cost like $200 back in 1988 The battery cover is cracked of course. Probably never find the same size battery but I kept it. It was cool because it opened like a book.

I'm tired. Really ****ing tired. I just need to rest and relax for a few days with no interruptions. No kids, no ol' lady, no screaming and hollering back and forth, no blasting televisions, just silence and quiet where I can sleep and roam the house in my underwear if I choose.
I can't wait to get to the Gulf and have some free time.
