Wow. One post, and this is what it's about. With the exception of the questionable spoiler, I will disagree with you on the rest. The small difference being the front of the car does not make it a bastard that no one will recognize. The rest is what we have seen in '15-'17, and I didn't hear any of this gnashing of teeth, and wringing of hands about the design. It will be OK, grab you a coloring book, go to your safe space, and let the adults analyze the new '18 Mustang.

Bringing jobs back to the US is one good thing I read about. The only real negative I see that jumps out at me is the 10 speed auto. No thanks here in the mountains. I test drove an automatic Ford Fusion just for grins and was shocked at how the tranny couldn't 'find' a gear to be comfortable with. Constant shifting that you can feel. I'll pass. Makes me enjoy my 5 speed manual in my GT even more, and my 4 speed autos in my GM cars.

I agree brother. I jumped on a GM 8 speed auto for my C7. It has it's quirks, so I don't think I would want to be anywhere near a 10 speed.

Much ado about nothing. 95% of the car-buying public can't tell the difference between a 2015 Camaro and a 2016 Camaro. About the same percent of buyers would not be able to see the difference between a 2017 Mustang and a 2018 Mustang unless the cars were parked side by side.

In my opinion (and my opinion and a buck won't get you a Chai Tea Latte at Starbucks) the new look is more similar to the GT 350, than the 2017. I like the lower hood. Not feeling the orange color, but definitely like the look in magnetic.

That is so true for the unwashed. Today I talked to a lady that thought my '06 was a new car. It's only us car folks that know the difference.
