Hi from Lexington, Ky
Hi folks, just thought I would drop in and say hi, new here and to Mustangs but as far as wrenching on cars I have been wrenching on cars for the past 10 or so years starting with the Dodge caravan/2000 Nissan Altima that My parents had.
we have had in our family a mix of cars (listed below, NOTE: cars listed in no particular order, but listed in order of family ownership to best of abilities)
Nissan Stanza (80's I think) [gone]
1995 Ford Aerostar (green) [gone]
Plymouth Voyager (00's I think) [gone]
Dodge Caravan (2004 I believe) [gone]
Nissan Altima (2000) [sold this, first car I really wrenched on]
2015/2014 Silver Honda Civic (parents own)
2014 Toyota Camry (younger brothers)
1995 F150/F1000 (mine)
2004 Mustang Base 40th Anniversary edition Delux Coupe (mine)
2001 Volvo S40 Blue (sig others)
2002 Volvo S80 (sig others)
So as you can see im not entirely new to wrenching on cars, that is the list of cars that I have more or less worked on for the most part, I have included the first few that the family has owned even though I really didn't do much with those except for very minor items like external mirrors (replaced factory mirrors) or other basic factory items that I could do with limited tools as a younger kid at the time. But as time went on and I learned more I started wrenching on larger items like wheels, engines and trans, and installing aftermarket items like sat nav and radio upgrades like the yatour digital music player for the 2002 Volvo S80 (needing to do a review and install this still)
I also am into computers (building, modding and custom work), I also in the past have administered various forums for gaming communities and groups, as well as doing tech reviews of cars, computers, computer peripherals and other items like car audio systems and any thing else that I can more or less get my hands on and install, so if anyone ever wants me to review any type of items for mustangs or cars in general let me know, I do take suggestions and requests (keep in mind that unless I get donations, all the items that I review/have planned are out of pocket expenses that I pay for.
anyways I think that is enough on me for now, I hope to contribute back to the community and will probably be asking some questions hare and there but I am excited to learn what I can about Mustangs and modding them and hope to soon start contributing back to the community by offering advice to others and doing reviews that I hope will help others out and can be used to benefit the community as a whole!!
