Valve cover painting code.

Hello everyone, is there anyone who has a color code Ford engine blue?i want too paint my valve covers.We have our own paintshop and i need a color code so i can paint them.Thanks

Not sure if there is a paint code but I just used Ford Engine Blue when I painted my valve covers last year.

The question is which 'Ford blue'? Back in the day when they painted blocks it was a deeper blue than how the current cam cover blue is.

If I remember right duplicolor even has two different paint codes for ford blue. The older version and the newer one. When I painted my garage floor I used the older one. And yes it is darker.

what about painting them the same color as your car? Or would that be too Chevy

Red is also nice,but blue looks more Original.Maybe red looks better because the mustang is red outside.Still think what color too use now.

Amazon has it. They have the classic Ford Motor blue. Not sure the guys sell rating but I seen it on there yesterday.
