He will walk you through it just not in this thread unless you click on the link which didn't work for me..... but here's the info anyway without a link that takes you to somewhere else....

One of the most appealing things about new Mustangs is that they perform great and look amazing without costing you an arm and a leg. Thanks to a huge aftermarket presence, it’s also easy to make them even faster and even better looking, all without breaking the bank.

In the new episode of Motor Trend’s Hot Rod Garage series, David Freiburger walks us through the process of swapping the brake rotors and pads in a 2005 GT, along with installing a new set of Ford Performance lowering springs. A new budget wheel and tire setup is also slapped on for good measure.
While the exact costs aren’t discussed, David does drop some rough estimates, and you should be able to do every modification here for less than $3k. For upgraded rims, sticky rubber, and autocross-ready brakes on a car that has been dropped an inch courtesy of new springs, that is basically a steal.

They test the car before and after the modifications, and I am sad to report that the springs did little to help autocross times, but the new brakes and rubber made a noticeable difference in speed, handling, and braking tests.

For the full run down of the exact parts they used, as well as the install process and the performance tests, just hit that play button below and enjoy.
